Sept ans après que l'humanité ait été dévastée par une catastrophe majeure, un phare de science et de prospérité s'élève dans la ville de Kamitsubaki. Mais dans son ombre se cachent les Tesseractor, des monstres nés des ténèbres humaines. Seules les Sorcières, cinq filles aux voix qui manient la magie, leur résistent.
