Mahiru is a beautiful girl whose classmates all call her an "angel." Not only is she a star athlete with perfect grades—she's also drop-dead gorgeous. Amane‚ an average guy and self-admitted slob‚ has never thought much of the divine beauty‚ despite attending the same school. Everything changes‚ however‚ when he happens to see Mahiru sitting alone in a park during a rainstorm. Thus begins the strange relationship between this incredibly unlikely pair!

Kind of TOO slow paced for me. The character interaction isn't annoying ... it's boring. Don't get me wrong, it's a good show but not my tastes.

So, our female lead is the typical perfect girl stereotype. Pretty, top of the class, athletic, pure, popular, and kind. The male lead is a fairly run of the mill forgettable male, typically average in every way. naturally, the two end up getting closer. its pretty easy to see who the target audience would be for this, and its a premise that's been done many times before. i don't think this one brings anything new to the table, so i'll pass.

A laid back high school romance show about the girl next door, and the boy next door, living on their own. The smart, popular, athletic girl... with no close friends, who slowly comes out of her shell. The nice boy who sees a sad girl, and wants to help if he can. He gets sick, and she wants to help him. I just really like this one. It's almost old fashioned. Nice enough art, good eye work, bright colors, clean lines, detailed backgrounds.
